What is the design turnaround time?

Turnaround time is normally 1 to 2 weeks for basic web design and 2 to 3 weeks for a custom e-commerce package. Depending on your package and complexity of your design and the rate at which we receive feedback from you.

Your design coordinator will provide an accurate start and completion date for your project upon receipt of all documents.

Who owns the copyright on my newly designed website?

Once payment has been made in full, you or your business owns the copyright and the site. Normally the site is hosted on our servers, unless you have your own hosting company. Simply let us know how you want to proceed and we wil work with you.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Paypal and checks.

Why can't I find my web site in the search engines?

Once your site has been submitted to the top Search Engines they may require several weeks, or even months to actually spider and list your web site in their directory. How fast your site is listed depends on each individual Search Engines database update schedule. Watch your server traffic logs for visiting spiders.
